About Us
We are a group of filmmakers who, after working on a couple of projects together, became more than colleagues and friends but a creative family.
We want to explore and create new projects in genres we haven’t worked in before and have fun while doing so.
We aim to make projects that are fun to shoot and fun to watch.

Alejandro Alberola
Director/Writer
My first job out of high school was as a projectionist in my local cinema and with my first ever short film I won a filmmaking course at the New York Film Academy (LA Campus).
Since then, my short films have won awards such as “Best Narrative Short”, “Best Camera Work”, “Best Dark Comedy”, “Best Horror Comedy” and “Best LGBTQ+ Film”.
I wrote, directed, produced, shot and edited the micro-budget (£6K) feature film “The Forresbank Secret” that took almost four years to complete but is now currently available to rent or buy on Amazon Prime.
I wrote and directed the play “El Cuello de Cristina” which ran for three months at one of Mexico City’s top independent venues and for which I’m currently developing the English language adaptation. I also worked for two years for the second largest Mexican TV network (TV Azteca), where I directed over a dozen “in-house” commercials.
Since moving to the UK, whilst working as an Assistant Director and Splinter Unit Director on films and HETV, I directed the award-winning short films “For Queen and Country”, “Chicken Feed!” and “Black Hole Barry” – a horror-comedy proof of concept short film that has been selected for 26 international film festivals worldwide, including BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals.

Over the past 25 years, Paul has worked on some of the UK's most popular TV shows - from obs docs to formats, single to multi-camera - and for some of the best companies in the business (Netflix, BBC, iTV, Channel 4, etc.)
His work has been twice recognized by the Royal Television Society.

I started making films when I was very young and that thrill of entertaining people on the big screen has never left me. Through CatShark I aim to make new films and projects that make us all proud.
Founding member of the Oxford Shorts Film Festival. Assistant Director and producer (Surprised by Oxford, For Queen and Country)
Writer of “Black Hole Barry” the prequel short film.
Bria Lana
Art Director
Bria studied Art and Special effects make up for film and TV. She’s been a makeup artist for two student films and a few fashion/body painting shows
Becca Lymbourides
Hair & Makeup Designer
A multi disciplinary creative, upon leaving art school Becca worked as a fine artist and tattoo apprentice, through which she found her passion for hair and makeup. Mentored by some of the industry’s best and drawing on her training in art, she now works in and designs hair, makeup, sfx and body painting for fashion, theatre, TV and film. Some titles include Loki, The Marvels & A Haunting In Venice.
